Ceiling Laminar Air Flow

The ceiling laminar air flow is a ceiling suspended air purification unit that can increase the cleanliness of local area in cleanroom systems that with low clean level.

The ceiling laminar air flow is mainly composed of box body, centrifugal fan, HEPA filters, etc. After being purified by high-efficiency filters at a certain wind speed, the air comes into the uniform vertical unidirectional flow, ensuring the required cleanliness (Class 100) can be achieved in the working area.

Compared with the Class 100 clean room system, it features quick installation, low cost and easy to maintanance.

Working Diagram

The working principle of laminar air flow is, the air in the cleanroom is sucked into the chamber from the top air inlet by the centrifugal fan, after being filtered by the HEPA filters, the purified air enters the working area in a vertical direction and at a constant speed, forming a uniform and stable air flow, which can effectively remove contamination and ensure the cleanliness in the working area is at a high level.
