Walkable Ceilings(Walk-on Ceilings)
The walkable ceiling(also called Walk-on Ceiling or Walkable False Ceiling) features high loading capacity, which allows workers to walk and stay on the top of the cleanroom safely during the construction and maintenance of the facility.
Walkable ceilings produced by KINROM adopt flush mounted design, ceiling panels are lifted by thread rod and hangers and connected by “中” type aluminum profile, which is hidden in the pre-designed structure, ensuring the ceiling bottom surface is smooth and dust free.
The pre-cutouts on celing panels are avilable to be made in our factory for matching all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, which can reduce the pollution and cost during the installation on site and increase the construction efficiency.

Cleanroom Ceiling Grid System
The cleanroom ceiling grid system is a significant component of cleanroom ceilings, which is made of extruded aluminium profile to protect from potential corrosive environment, such as chemical, moisture.
Cleanroom ceilings grids produced by KINROM adopt modular design aluminium alloy frame structure, which is with strong stability and strength and are lifted by thread rods to suspend cleanroom ceiling tiles and air purification equipment, such as FFU and HEPA.
It features easy to install and maintain, and is widely used in semiconductor, electronics, chip manufacturing and other industries. In addition to the standard cleanroom ceiling grid, it can also be optional with fire sprinkler heads and LED lights.
