Cleanroom roll up doors(also called high speed doors or rapid roll doors) we design and manufacture can realize the high speed opening and closing by PLC control system. The opening speed can be up from 0.8m/s to 2m/s, which can effectively reduce the waiting time of working staff and prevent the cross-contamination caused by the movement of people and goods between different clean level areas, and they are widely used in cleanroom environments such as food manufacturing and processing, pharmaceutical, electronics, etc.
High speed doors we engineered adopt advanced zipper structure sealing to prevent dust, bacterias, and noise from entering cleanrooms. It also has the characteristics of heat insulation, insect prevention, and windproof, which helps to maintain the temperature and humidity in the cleanroom and save energy.
Rapid roll doors can be optional with sensors, remote controls, press buttons, and other automatic control units for opening and closing, and also can be equipped with anti-collision function and emergency stop device to prevent working staffs from accidents during operation.
