Food Doors Type
We can design and manufacture two types of food doors, steel food door and crash door.
Steel food door is mainly composed of door frame and door leaf made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which features wearproof, anti-scratch, not easy to rust, high flatness, beautiful appearance, easy to clean, etc. The steel food door is with excellent air tightness for protecting clean zone from contaminant and cross-contaminant between rooms, and it is the most commonly used cleanrom door in the food industry.
The surface of the crash door is equipped with anti-collision plate, which can effectively resist the impact of trolleys or forklifts. The crash door can open freely after the impact and close automatically by gravity, which improves the material transportation efficiency, effectively controls the flow of moisture and dust between different areas, and minimizes energy loss greatly. Crash doors feature impact-resistant, light weight, durable, maintenance-free, and easy to clean, which are widely used for food industry, warehouses, logistics, supermarkets and other fields.
