Deep Pleat HEPA Filter | Separator HEPA Filter

Deep pleat HEPA filters, also called separator HEPA filters, adopt hyperfine glass fiber as the filter material, which is separated by folded offset paper, aluminum foil and other materials, sealed with polyurethane sealant. The outer frame is optional with galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet, and aluminum alloy profile.

Filter materials are fully infiltrated and sealed by polyurethane sealant, which can thoroughly prevent any potential leakage between filter materials and outer frame. After production, leakage tests are done for ensuring 100% leak tightness.
