High Temperature HEPA Filter
High temperature HEPA filter is one kind of separator HEPA filters, it uses high temperature resistant ultra-fine glass fiber as the filter medium, aluminum foil corrugated sheet as the separator, SUS304 stainless steel plate as the frame, and is sealed and assembled with high-temperature resistant sealant.
It features high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and good high-temperature resistance. It is mainly used in baking finish houses, high-temperature painting lines, food baking rooms, high-temperature sterilization rooms and other environments that require high-temperature air purification.

High temperature ultra fine glass fiber is adopted as the filter material, separated by aluminum foil, sealed by high temperature proof sealant, and it is with excellent high temperature resistance.
3. Long Service Life
Curved separators can keep spaces between pleats, and wedge-shaped pleat design is adopted for protecting filter materials from damaging, which can prolong the life span.
4. 100% Leak Tightness
Filter materials are fully infiltrated and sealed by silica gel, which can thoroughly prevent any potential leakage between filter materials and outer frame. After production, leakage tests are done for ensuring 100% leak tightness.
