V Bank HEPA Filter
V Bank HEPA Filter
The V bank HEPA filter is with V type structure that is composed of multi pieces of non-separator filter, the outer frame is optional with black sprayed glavanized steel or plastic. Compared with ordinary HEPA filters, it can reduce the pressure loss, save electrical power and save operation cost. The V bank HEPA filter is suitable for constant air flow and variable air flow, and it is specially designed for air conditioning systems, which are mainly used in laboratory, operating rooms, pharmaceutical plant, semiconductor factories, and other industries that need contamination control.

V Bank HEPA Filter Features
1. Easy to Install
Plastic or galvanized steel is adopt as the outer frame. The structure is compact, the size is small and the weight is light, which is convenient to install and replace.
2. Low Resistance
The V bank design can make the pressure drop lower and reduce the energy consumption.
3. Multipurpose
The V bank design can be adopted for both medium efficiency and high efficiency filters.
4. Long Service Life
With large filtering surface area and high airflow handling capacity, which can help to hold more dust particles and reduce the replacement frequency.
5. 100% Leak Tightness
Filter materials are fully sealed by EPDM gasket, which can thoroughly prevent any potential leakage between filter materials and outer frame. After production, leakage tests are done for ensuring 100% leak tightness.
