Fan Filter Unit | Cleanroom FFU
Fan Filter Unit (also named cleanroom FFU) is a self-powered terminal air supply device with filtering function, it is mainly composed of main body housing, centrifugal fan, HEPA filter, and control system. The air is inhaled by the centrifugal fan installed on the top and purified by HEPA filters, and is evenly delivered at speed of 0.45m/s±20%, thereby filtering dust particles and purifying the air. It is widely used in the optoelectronic industry, precision electronics, liquid crystal glass, clean bench, clean booth, semiconductor and other fields that require Class 1000 or Class 100 cleanrooms.
