EC fan filter unit (also known as EC FFU) is a kind of air purification device with built-in fan, which is suitable for both turbulence flow and laminar flow cleanrooms. Compared with AC fan filter unit, it is with lower noise, lower energy consumption, smaller vibration, etc. EC fan filter units are widely used in industries like semiconductor, electronics, biopharmaceutical, and can be compatible with all kinds of cleanroom ceilings designed by KINROM.

Special Designed Control System
The control system independently developed by KINROM can realize the centralized control of ultra-large scale FFUs while also enabling precise data reading and control of single FFU.
Multiple Accessory Options
Primary filters, diffuser plates, differential pressure gauges, online monitoring system, DOP test port, indicator light can be equipped as options.
Special Structure Design
Special air duct structure design can make the efficiency 5% higher, noise 5dBA lower and vibration 20% less, and the structure will be more durable and stronger.
Low Energy Consumption
Compared with AC fan filter unit, EC FFU can make the energy consumption 30%-40% lower.
