HEPA filter box, also called HEPA filter housing, is the terminal device of cleanroom HVAC system, which is used for supplying static pressure air before being purified by HEPA filters. It is mainly consist of diffuser plate, static pressure box, flow control valve, and is optional with PAO test port.
There are two types of HEPA filter boxes, mechanical seal and gel seal, and the gel seal type is specially used for gel seal HEPA filters, which is with excellent air tightness.
The material of box body and diffuser plate is optional with stainless steel and painted cold-roll steel, which is smooth welding treatment, flat surface and strong structure, and various types of diffuser plates can be manufactured to meet requirements of customers.
