The air shower pass box is a kind of pass box designed and manufactured based on the working principle of air showers, which is mainly used for transfering materials from non-clean zones to clean zones, or from cleanrooms with low cleanliness to that with high cleanliness without personnel movement.
The air shower pass box is equipped with a centrifugal fan and an independent air circulated purification system. Its working principle is that the air is sucked by the fan, purified by the high-efficiency filter, and then sprayed by rotatable stainless steel nozzles at the speed of more than 20m/s. Dust particles attached to the materials surface are effectively and quickly blown off, and filtered by the primary and high-efficiency filters further and recirculated to the air shower area. Meanwhile, air shower pass boxes are fitted with interlocking systems and sanitary sealing strips, which can effectively prevent cross-contamination in the cleanrooms.
