The VHP pass box is a kind of cleanroom sterilization equipment that can sterilize bacteria on the surface of materials totally while being transfered from non-clean zones to clean zones, or from clean zones with low cleanliness to that with high cleanliness without personnel movement. It is equipped with the hydrogen peroxide generator, air supply system, electromagnetic interlocking system, post-sterilization residue removal system, and sterilization medium delivery system, etc., and is widely used for industries like pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, biological testing and others.
The working principle of VHP pass box is that the vapored hydrogen peroxide is with better sterilization than that in liquid state. After generating free H2O2﹢ and H2O2 – by the VHP generator, it is used to attack cell components, including lipids, proteins and DNA, destroy bond connections, and achieve the purpose of complete sterilization.
